Imagine a sale potion where 70% of the leads are company generated, the client calls you and needs your services within the next few weeks. On top of that, the reason they called was because of your online and local reputation. That’s exactly the type of clients The Brothers that just do Gutters interact with every day.
The Brothers that just do Gutters Clermont is a newly established guttering installation operation covering the Central Florida area, giving huge scope for success. We have grown over the past few years and are now looking to expand our sales team further. We have million dollar selling sales staff and I am looking for the next person to join us. I am seeking a hardworking, dynamic self motivated sales person to be part of team to help lead our continued expansion. We are a multi million $ turnover company with a target of growth have resources available to service that target.
You will receive a weekly base plus commission, before moving to a generous commission only pay structure, with a sales car provided once you have proven yourself. A number of leads will be supplied to you on a daily basis, though you are also expected to generate your own leads/ sales to increase your unlimited earning potential. You get to meet lots of new people every day using a no-pressure education-based sales process.
We envisage this position will be filled by a sales oriented person with a proven track record for success. At this time we are looking for an experienced sales individual. You do not necessarily require guttering industry experience as we are more than happy to train the correct person. Own transport is required which you will be compensated for, though a company vehicle will be provided after a short trail period. We currently operate out of Clermont, servicing areas from Ocala to Bartow north/ south and Mascotte to St Cloud east/ west. Your days will be spent out on the road visiting properties, securing sales, following up sales, attending meetings/ trainings, etc. We hold a short meeting at least once per week that you will be expected to attend. Based from your home within our territory, we can be flexible to a degree with regards to appointments, start times, etc. Travel across central Florida will be required though we do where possible schedule leads in your home areas.
Product or working knowledge within the guttering industry is very desirable though, for the right candidates training/ education is available. We need a go getter!!

We repair, install, and maintain Seamless Gutters, Gutter Guard, Specialty Gutters and many other services. The Brothers currently have other franchise locations in NJ, VA, PA, WA, and FL.
